1. Do i have an account to place order?

2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
3. How secure is my online order?
When you buy a product online with your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure web page. Your information is then encrypted with SSL and sent directly to the network of our credit card provider, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
4. Are there exchange rates?
All our transactions are in $ usd. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated according to the daily exchange rate on the date on which your card issuer processes the transaction.
5. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Please note that your delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been processed or shipped. Please update your delivery address to your residential address instead of your holiday address, as we do not know how long the destination customs service will keep the package (pending).
6. How long is the shipment and how can I track my package?
Orders may take 2-5 business days to process before they are shipped due to customized work involved. Once you have received this email please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update with your local carrier. Please keep in mind delivery dates may change. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs service in your country.
